Air Duct cleaning

In today’s air-tight homes, indoor air quality is a growing concern. Most household dust contains mites, mold, mildew, pollen and animal dander. Many of these contaminants are circulated through the central air systems in most homes and can aggravate the symptoms of asthma and allergies.

How can these contaminants be removed from the air duct system? Our professionals at UltraClean of Oklahoma, Inc.®  have combined their proven techniques with the video- assisted Rotobrush aiR+ air duct cleaning system. This advanced cleaning method is the only one available that brushes and vacuums at the point of contact, eliminating the use of construction dust and harsh chemicals such as sealers. You are left with the assurance of fresh, clean and virtually contaminant-free air in your home and office.  Your air quality is improved and so is the efficiency of your Heating and Air Conditioning System.

Here’s how it works: we remove the register covers, then air ducts and return ducts are brushed and vacuumed clean with our patented technology duct cleaning system.  We'll also sanitize your air ducts and vents with an environmentally safe EPA registered sanitizer commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes, leaving behind a fresh scent.

Our Rotobrush system is safe for all types of ducting including: flex ducting, round metal ducts, square metal ducts, fiberboard including right angle turns, reducers, and multiple bends found in most types of duct systems.

Dryer vent cleaning

Cleaning your dryer vent will reduce the chance of fires and improve the efficiency of your dryer and reducing dry times.

Negative Air Systems

This type of system usually relies on a huge, powerful vacuum with around 2000-3000 CFM that connects to the duct.  Cubic Feet per Minute is a measurement of air movement.  As a comparison, most home vacuums have 60-80 CFM.

The vacuum sucks debris, dust, etc back towards the Negative Air Machine.  Negative Air Systems are suggested on heavy commercial and industrial type jobs.  These large jobs usually contain huge ducts that a Rotary Brushmethod by itself cannot clean efficiently. The large jobs usually need a powerful vacuum (Negative Air Machine) to remove stuff out of the ducts.
